Dan Koblicska

Dan is an executive manager with direct experience in HR, Software Engineering, Consulting, Insurance and Training. During his career heĀ  was always interested in the generic entrepreneurial competencies, start-ups and how to use innovation in order to approach the problems in day to day business.

For the past 8 years he has also fulfilled the role of Talent Manager and is the person responsible to implement Personal Development Plans for the company as much as Knowledge Capture Strategies.

His area of competence includes: Recruitment, conflict management, career counseling, certified DISC trainer, process implementation, start-up of new teams, project management, customer nursing, digital and culture transformation and employer branding.
