Welcome to a journey to explore your testing skills through psychology.

We all apply filters when we look at the objective reality. They are shaped through our life experiences since early childhood. That’s how they become our reflexes and drive behaviors.

As a tester, you need to be able to identify patterns and suspicious behaviors. To us, this a journey into the fascinating world of the brain and inner self. We will discuss how the biology, psychology and testing are intertwined.

The brain’s plasticity enables us to reshape the meanings we give to certain experiences and the ways in which we cope with difficult situations. As an example, have you ever noticed that your emotion stops you from completing the task at hand? Were you able to assess the situation and notice the triggers that lead you there?

Often our intentions on self improvement fall short. One of the reasons we can think of, is the lack of trust in your own abilities. Therefore, we will discuss how patterns are formed and how we can enrich and transform them. To help you analyze your own behavior, we will explain the role of awareness, acceptance and perseverance in building your confidence.

We want to give you the tools to build your confidence. Recognizing ourselves is a great step to grow further. We hope that this workshop will help you learn a little bit more about yourself.
