Bianca has over 9 years of experience in the QA field with a strong emphasis on automation testing. She started as a manual software tester, shortly discovered the taste of automation in testing and explored various learning methods to find a balance between manual and automation. In the last few years he naturally grew as a QA lead which opened new trails of learning and development to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Her current challenge is navigating a new role as QA Engineering Manager.
